HexaCross is a variation on the classic Rows Garden puzzle. There are 38 hexes -- boxes that hold six letter words or phrases. A clue for each hex is provided and the answer is to be entered starting at any one of the hex's six slots and proceeding either clockwise or counter-clockwise, to be determined by context -- which is provided by the 12 rows of slots labeled A to L. Row A and row L each contain a single 9-letter word or phrase, while the other completed rows include words or phrases totaling 21 letters.
